Shipping and Returns

All returns must be approved by Rosemary Hallgarten Inc. Returns of in-stock products will not be accepted after 7 days from confirmed delivery. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to any returned orders. Product shall not be returned, or any allowances made, if the product has been cut or otherwise changed from its original condition. Custom orders CANNOT be returned.
